HiMSS Partner Pavilion
We're proud to say that we've supported multiple clients at HiMSS trade show for five consecutive years now. Over this time, we've seen increased excitement and vast growth of the show, making it hard to deny that it's become the global event for IT in Healthcare.
It moves between locations, typically from Vegas to Florida but in 2023 we will see it in Chicago for the first time.
Our 'Partner Pavilion' concept has been particularly successful.
Costs for attending global tradeshows can be difficult for some clients to budget. Our Pavilion booth allows this cost to be shared between a number of related organisations/Partners. We design and manage the complete exhivition stand ensuring each stakeholder benefits from being an integral part of a much larger and busier booth. It's a win-win situation for all!
We offer an end-to-end solution. Using our knowledge and expertise we advise on and book exhibition space, taking into account the best areas for footfall and traffic to help maximise engagement on the booth. We support with a variety of tasks including but not limited to: preparing the Partner Prospectus for participation, all contracting including receipt of funds; project management and pre-event planning. Using agreed brand guidelines, we create and design the exhibition booths, organise all AV & IT. booth staff management, registration, entertainment, booth drivers, lead management, F&B and networking activites including dinners and evening events.
We know how valuable Channel Partner relationships are and we work carefully and closely with your Partners throughout, collecting artwork, organising all digital graphics and content on pods, plus the pre-event marketing support and supplying all key event information. We make sure to keep on top of all the tasks by having our weekly calls and constant correspondence with Partner leads.
