HiMSS with Citrix Ready

The HIMSS Global Conference & Exhibition brings together over 45,000 health information and technology professionals, clinicians, executives and market suppliers from around the world. World-class speakers, cutting-edge products and powerful networking are hallmarks of this industry-leading conference.

We were fortunate enough to work alongside Citrix Ready for the fourth year running. We designed and built their booth from initial concept to completion. This year we designed a main Citrix Ready hub in the centre of their stand with 10 smaller partner pods built around the sides. We managed these partners pre-and-during the conference. We also planned and organised the booth driver activities, this included a smoothie bar and an interactive quiz with a free wireless charger giveaway which proved very popular. Finally we planned an evening party for the partners and their guests with entertainment and engaging activities.
