Partner Conference - Monte Carlo
To provide a bespoke conference for the EMEA partners of a global software company- after its split from its parent group earlier in the year.
The main goal was to motivate and excite partners to invest in and work with our client. It was vital to explain the vision, increase awareness of the new brand strategy and clearly communicate the future roadmap.
ETM meticulously crafted every aspect of the conference, working in close partnership with the client stakeholders and event team, and wow there is a lot to tell you about!
Event strategy and objectives, developing agenda, writing content, designing presentations and coaching speakers. Creating the whole experience including space layout and tech drawings. Delegate communications pre and post, registration and badging. Production of main plenary including live polling, breakouts, hands on labs and delegate engagement activities. Exhibition sales, design and build. Conference party design and production including sourcing entertainment and live acts. Event management and logistics. ROI measurement surveys and reporting. Phew!!!
As a result of running the Partner conference we witnessed a dramatic improvement in perception amongst Partners & Employees:
- There was a 47% increase in the number of Partners that stated they felt comfortable in articulating the client brand proposition.
- We saw a massive 196% increase of in the number of Partners stating they had a clear understanding of the new Partner Programme.
- An encouraging 45% increase in the number of Partners confirming they were clear on their role as a Partner within the new company strategy.
- A 49% increase in the number of Partners that felt engaged with the new leadership team.
- 92% of employees agreed that our client clearly explained their Value Proposition, how to make money and work with them in the future?
- 96% of employees agreed that the Partner Link Conference positively impacted their account relationships.
