Post Parcels are Ireland’s largest delivery company. They wanted to invite senior “C” Level executives to a conference that would leave them with a better understanding around the benefits of Partnering with An Post to be able to Fast Track their business in Ireland.

etm created and produced the one-day conference from scratch, starting with a workshop of discovery and strategy.

The first big task was to attract the correct quality of attendees. Without any existing contacts to work from, etm commenced research to identify key Executives to invite. This included creation and sending of HTML emails, designing and producing a unique direct mail VR piece allowing them to experience a taster of the event. The final stage of the journey was a series of phone calls, to ensure attendance at our event.

etm were responsible for planning and coordinating the vast array of tasks and requirements needed for the conference, whilst overseeing the financial budgets. We sourced and managed the venue, accommodation, transport, food and beverages, equipment hire and on site staff. We used our event registration and app software, as well as developing all the content for the day. We wrote scripts for all speakers, helping them with their presentation design and giving production ideas and techniques. Using our 7E’s design methodology we created the theme, style and experience design. We managed the production and installation of all physical and digital signage. We also managed all the technical production, set, stage design and build, lighting, sound, IT, networks, photography and we even created a video of the day too!
