Our registration service includes beacon technology. Never heard of it?

The small, powerful beacons work by connecting to our fully integrated event app which links seamlessly to our registration system.

Place the beacons in a strategic location (ie the entry door of the event) and as your delegates walk past the connection between the app and beacons enables an 'auto check-in' mode which triggers the printers to print the badges, ready for the person to collect when they approach the registration desk.

This technology minimises the queues at the desk which reduces stress at the start of the event experience and allows delegates to pass through quickly and efficiently.

 It also means one robust and speedy platform for everything - easy peasy!!
