Planning a virtual conference can be daunting. Throughout the last 18 months etm has had the privilege of working on many virtual projects and now has bot the production and platform experience  to support you with you virtual, hybrid or physical event. 

For many organisations there is huge value in working with an events production partner who can help, every step of the way. 

Currently we are working with the organisers of a three-day medical virtual conference. This project is the third virtual conference we've run for this client since the strt of the year. With literally hundreds of presentations, an international audience, expert speakers and a reputation for delivering a hugely successful physical event for the past 20 years, they wanted one organisation who would work super closely with their team, to provide both Production and Platform support. 

Similarly, at the end of last year, our client, the world’s leader in cyber security, asked etm to produce their global customer and partner conference. Taking place in three regions NA, EU, APAC, we produced the three-day event from start to finish, broadcasting on our virtual event platform. As it was such a high-profile programme, the virtual conference was created to be a little bit different, with emphasis on engagement and entertainment. Examples included a house band playing requested covers, a celebrity chef with cooking demo. 

Live interaction with product experts were broadcast from two studios located in London and California, producing content to a high production standard, more akin to watching TV than the main stage of a physical auditorium.
